These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Qetah website and all purchases made through it. Qetah reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Availability

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, dimensions, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screen settings.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless otherwise stated.

Qetah reserves the right to update prices, promotions, and product information at any time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and an order confirmation email has been sent.

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability or any unforeseen circumstance, Qetah reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Pre-Orders

Products marked as Pre-Order require additional preparation time. The estimated processing period will be clearly displayed on the relevant product page.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be shipped together once all items are available or in separate shipments, depending on our shipping arrangements.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, courier, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to the terms outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to photographs, product images, graphics, text, logos, branding, and designs, is the exclusive property of Qetah and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Qetah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant order.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Kuwait.

1. أحكام عامة

تنظم هذه الشروط والأحكام استخدامكم لموقع قِطعة وجميع عمليات الشراء التي تتم من خلاله. ويحتفظ متجر قِطعة بحق تعديل أو تحديث هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق، ويُعد استمرار استخدام الموقع موافقةً على أي تعديلات يتم إجراؤها.

2. المنتجات وتوفرها

نسعى جاهدين إلى عرض جميع المنتجات ووصفها وصورها وأبعادها بدقة. ومع ذلك، قد تختلف الألوان الفعلية للمنتجات اختلافًا بسيطًا نتيجة لاختلاف إعدادات الشاشات.

جميع المنتجات تخضع للتوفر، ويحتفظ متجر قِطعة بحق تعديل أو إيقاف أي منتج في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

3. الأسعار

جميع الأسعار المعروضة على الموقع بالدينار الكويتي ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

يحتفظ متجر قِطعة بحق تعديل الأسعار أو العروض أو معلومات المنتجات في أي وقت، ولن تؤثر هذه التعديلات على الطلبات التي تم تأكيدها مسبقًا.

4. الطلبات والدفع

يُعتبر الطلب مؤكدًا بعد إتمام عملية الدفع بنجاح وإرسال رسالة تأكيد الطلب.

في حال تعذر تنفيذ الطلب بسبب عدم توفر المنتج أو لأي ظرف خارج عن الإرادة، يحتفظ متجر قِطعة بحق إلغاء الطلب مع إعادة المبلغ المدفوع بالكامل باستخدام وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.

5. الطلبات المسبقة (Pre-Order)

تتطلب المنتجات المعلّمة بأنها طلب مسبق (Pre-Order) مدة تجهيز إضافية، ويتم توضيح المدة التقديرية في صفحة المنتج.

إذا احتوى الطلب على منتجات جاهزة ومنتجات طلب مسبق، فقد يتم شحنها معًا بعد اكتمال جميع المنتجات أو على شحنات منفصلة وفقًا لسياسة الشحن المعتمدة.

6. الشحن والتوصيل

تُعد مواعيد الشحن والتوصيل تقديرية، وقد تختلف بحسب الوجهة أو شركة الشحن أو الإجراءات الجمركية أو أي ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.

7. الاستبدال والاسترجاع

تخضع جميع طلبات الاستبدال والاسترجاع للشروط الموضحة في سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع، ونرجو الاطلاع عليها قبل تقديم أي طلب.

8. الملكية الفكرية

جميع محتويات الموقع، بما في ذلك الصور، والتصاميم، والنصوص، والشعارات، والهوية البصرية، والرسومات، هي ملك حصري لمتجر قِطعة، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة استخدامها أو نشرها أو توزيعها بأي وسيلة دون الحصول على موافقة كتابية مسبقة.
